Bookings made using the online booking system are completed as follows:<\/p>\n\n

The Client may choose from the packages and standard accommodation options available in the booking system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
After reviewing the contents, price and terms of the selected offer, the Client chooses the preferred stay period, room type, additional services and\/or package.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
After selecting an offer, the Client proceeds to the booking form, where the requested personal data must be provided and, if necessary, additional comments regarding the booking may be added.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
After completing the booking form, the Client may pay an advance payment through the electronic payment system.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
Payment and booking cancellation terms<\/h5>\n\n\n
A booking is guaranteed upon receipt of an advance payment of at least 50% of the total booking amount, paid by payment card or bank transfer no later than within 2 business days from the booking date. If the booking is made less than 2 days before arrival, the advance payment must be made on the same day or the booking must be guaranteed by providing credit card details. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
A non-guaranteed booking will be cancelled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
A booking may be cancelled or moved to another date without a cancellation fee no later than 3 business days before the arrival date, and during the high season \u2013 no later than 10 business days before the arrival date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
If the Guest does not arrive and does not cancel the booking, or cancels it less than 3 business days before the arrival date, and during the high season \u2013 less than 10 business days before the arrival date, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the price of one night under the booked programme will apply. This amount will be deducted from the advance payment made. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
Payment and booking cancellation terms applicable to travel agencies and companies are set out in the relevant agreements and\/or pro forma invoices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
A booking may be guaranteed using a valid gift voucher, provided that the services are used before the voucher\u2019s expiry date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
If services paid for with a gift voucher have been booked but the Guest does not arrive and does not cancel or reschedule the booking no later than 3 business days before the arrival date, and during the high season \u2013 no later than 10 business days before the arrival date, the booked services will be considered used.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Once the gift voucher has expired, the amount paid for it will not be refunded. A valid gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
Gift voucher purchase and use rules<\/h5>\n\n\n
A gift voucher must be kept safely as a valuable document.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
The gift voucher code (number) must not be disclosed to third parties. The voucher holder is responsible for keeping the code confidential. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
A gift voucher confirms the holder\u2019s right to use the amount specified in the voucher or receive a specific service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
A gift voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. The services specified in the voucher must be used before the expiry date. The validity of the voucher may be extended in accordance with the terms set out in the Gift Voucher Purchase and Use Rules. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
If the value of the selected services exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the difference must be paid additionally. If services are purchased for an amount lower than the value specified in the voucher, the remaining amount is not refunded. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
Monetary gift vouchers may be used at all SPA VILNIUS locations in Druskininkai, Anyk\u0161\u010diai and Vilnius, as well as at Monist in Palanga, or in the location indicated on the voucher. Gift vouchers for specific services may only be used at the SPA location specified on the voucher. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
