Relaxness Club levels & privileges

Once you join the Relaxness Club, every euro you spend at SPA VILNIUS is converted into points, which can be redeemed for experiences from the Relaxness Club Catalogue. The higher your membership level, the more points you’ll earn for every euro spent — and the more experiences you’ll be able to enjoy using your accumulated points. Your membership level is based on the amount you’ve spent at SPA VILNIUS over the past 12 months.

Points for every euro – your rest adds up and comes back to you as value.

Pay with points – you can use the points you collect for services in the Relaxness Club Catalogue.

Growing benefits – as your club level rises, you earn more points for the same euro.

How do I collect loyalty points?

Points are collected under the name of the Loyalty Programme member (who must also be the payer). We therefore recommend making all bookings under the same person’s name. For example, when booking for your family, the Loyalty Programme member should also be the person making the payment. Points earned during a stay are credited upon check-out and can be redeemed from your next visit onwards.

How many points do I earn at each membership level?

Points are awarded for every euro spent on accommodation, dining and SPA services at SPA VILNIUS, according to your membership level. If you have spent up to 1000 € over the past 12 months (entry level: Rest Explorer), you will earn 1 point for every euro spent. If you have spent between 1000 € and 2499 € over the past 12 months (Rest Enthusiast), you will earn 2 points for every additional euro spent. If you have spent between 2500 € and 4999 € over the past 12 months (Rest Expert), you will earn 3 points for every additional euro spent. If you have spent 5000 € or more over the past 12 months (Rest Master or Rest Legend), you will earn 4 points for every additional euro spent.

Where can I check my points balance and membership status?

You can see your status, privileges and points in your personal account. You can also check your points balance by calling +370 313 53811, el.p. [email protected] or at the reception desk.

Can I transfer my points to someone else?

Loyalty points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

What can I redeem my points for?

Points can be redeemed for the services available in the Relaxness Club Catalogue. Services should be booked in the usual way (advance booking is recommended), and points will be deducted during final payment at the hotel reception.

Who can use my accumulated points?

Points can only be redeemed by the member in whose name they were collected. However, services may be booked for accompanying guests, provided that the Relaxness Club member is paying for them.

How long do my points and membership status remain valid?

Your membership level remains valid for one year from the date it is awarded. If you qualify for a higher level during that time, your status will be upgraded accordingly. Points remain valid for one year from the date they are awarded, so we recommend redeeming them during your next stay.

Which purchases do not earn loyalty points?

Points are not awarded for purchases of retail products or services provided by SPA VILNIUS partners.

Do I earn points when booking through travel agencies or third parties?

Points are awarded only for bookings made directly with SPA VILNIUS. Points are not earned on bookings made through travel agencies, Booking.com, partner gift vouchers, or other third-party channels. Points also cannot be used to pay for third-party services.

Will I earn points when purchasing a gift voucher?

No. Loyalty points are not awarded when purchasing SPA VILNIUS gift vouchers.

Can the loyalty programme terms change?

SPA VILNIUS reserves the right to amend the terms, conditions, and privileges of the Loyalty Programme.
