Sustainability at SPA VILNIUS is not a short-term initiative, but a long-term commitment. We continuously seek solutions that help reduce our environmental impact, use resources more responsibly, and integrate sustainable practices into our daily operations. One of our goals is to work towards achieving the internationally recognised Green Key certification.
Until now, we used an average of 44,848 pairs of single-use fabric slippers each year, which became waste after only a short period of use. Recognising our responsibility to reduce our environmental impact, we decided to change this practice and encourage our guests to make more conscious choices.
Therefore, from July 1, SPA VILNIUS will no longer provide disposable slippers in hotel rooms. Instead, we kindly invite guests to bring their own slippers. For those who do not have them, reusable rubber slippers will be available for purchase in the room for a symbolic fee. Durable and designed for use in pool and sauna areas, these non-slip slippers offer a comfortable, safe, and more responsible choice for your stay.
