Important

From 1 July 2026, disposable slippers will no longer be provided in SPA VILNIUS hotel rooms, and we kindly invite you to bring your own. If you do not have slippers with you, reusable rubber slippers will be available for purchase in your room for 5 €.

Booking guarantee

  1. A booking is guaranteed upon receipt of an advance payment of at least 50% of the total booking amount, paid by card or bank transfer no later than within 2 business days from the booking date.
  2. If the booking is made less than 2 days before arrival, the advance payment must be made on the same day or credit card details must be provided.
  3. You can pay for your booking by clicking the payment link in your confirmation email. You will be automatically redirected to the bank’s payment environment.
  4. Upon request, any unused advance payment will be refunded to the payer’s account. The bank transfer fee will be deducted from the amount refunded unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
  5. A non-guaranteed booking will be cancelled.

Changing or cancelling your booking

  1. A booking may be cancelled or rescheduled without a cancellation fee no later than 72 hours before arrival, and during the high season – no later than 10 business days before arrival.
  2. If the Guest does not arrive and does not cancel the booking, or cancels it less than 72 hours before arrival (during the high season – less than 10 business days before arrival), a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the price of one night under the booked programme will apply. This amount will be deducted from the advance payment made.
  3. Payment and cancellation terms applicable to travel agencies and companies are set out in the relevant agreements and pro forma invoices.

  1. A booking may be guaranteed using a valid gift voucher before its expiry date.
  2. If services booked using a gift voucher are not cancelled or rescheduled no later than 3 business days before arrival, they will be considered used.
  3. Once the gift voucher has expired, the amount paid for it will not be refunded.
  4. A valid gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and the amount paid for it is non-refundable.

SPA VILNIUS is a non-smoking property

  • SPA VILNIUS is committed to the well-being of our guests and employees, providing a comfortable environment for relaxation and contributing to a cleaner environment. We therefore remind you that smoking is prohibited throughout SPA VILNIUS, including hotel rooms and balconies.
  • Failure to comply with this rule will result in a 100 € fee for additional specialist room cleaning using products designed to neutralise tobacco odours.

Hotel

  1. Check-in is from 15:00.
  2. Check-out is by 12:00.
  3. We love pets; however, our hotel is not equipped to accommodate and care for them, so unfortunately we are unable to welcome guests with pets.
  4. On weekends and during school holidays, our Little Relaxness Guests can enjoy a programme of leisure activities.

SPA

  1. The SPA centre and swimming pool & sauna area are open from 8:00 to 22:00.
  2. We recommend wearing Western-style swimwear and rubber slippers in the swimming pool & sauna area.
  3. The swimming pool uses advanced AFM water filtration technology – an activated filter medium made from green glass. Due to its chemical and physical properties, this material has self-disinfecting properties and helps ensure efficient filtration of the pool water.
  4. Little Relaxness Guests under the age of 14 are welcome in the swimming pool & sauna area from 10:00 to 21:00.
  5. We recommend wearing sportswear and sports shoes in the gym.
  6. We recommend booking SPA services in advance so that we can offer you your preferred treatments and appointment times.
  7. SPA treatment reservations may be cancelled free of charge no later than 4 hours before the scheduled treatment time.
  8. No refunds are provided for unused services included in packages.
  9. The SPA is a place for relaxation and tranquillity. Please avoid phone calls and loud conversations so that both you and other guests can enjoy a peaceful atmosphere.
  10. To help maintain magnesium and other mineral levels in the body, we recommend drinking natural mineral water. During a consultation, a doctor can recommend the appropriate mineralisation level, water temperature, quantity and frequency of consumption.
  11. Your Relaxness, to make your SPA experience and that of other guests as pleasant as possible, we kindly invite you to follow our SPA etiquette recommendations.

Restaurant

  1. If you have any special dietary requirements, such as a gluten-free or lactose-free diet or other needs, please inform the restaurant administrator.
  2. The dress code at LABAI restaurant is smart casual.
  3. We recommend reserving a table in advance for the live music programme.
  4. LABAI restaurant: Mon–Sun 8:00–23:00.
  5. Live music: Fri–Sat 19:00–21:00.
  6. Buffet breakfast: Mon–Fri 8:00–10:00 • Sat–Sun 8:00–11:00.
    22 Jun–13 Sep 2026: Mon–Fri 7:30–10:30 • Sat–Sun 7:30–11:00.
  7. Buffet dinner: Sun–Thu 18:00–20:00 • Fri–Sat 18:00–20:30.

  9. During the cooler months, the Saturday buffet dinner menu is complemented by special themed dishes.
  10. During the warmer months, grilled dishes are served on the summer terrace: Fri–Sun 13:00–21:00.

Bowling

  1. From 15 June to 4 September 2026, the bowling area is available for pre-booked gatherings of friends, colleagues and families only. Individual visits are not available during this period.
  2. Thu 16:00–23:00 • Fri 16:00–24:00 • Sat 12:00–24:00 • Sun 12:00–21:00.

Arriving by car

  1. SPA VILNIUS has a public CityCharge Double Mode 3 electric vehicle charging station. It complies with the IEC 62196 Mode 3 standard and can charge two electric vehicles simultaneously at up to 22 kW.
  2. Electric vehicle charging for hotel guests costs 0.25 €/kWh.
  3. Parking is free of charge for hotel guests.

Transport services

  1. SPA VILNIUS guests can book a transfer service from Vilnius or Kaunas to Druskininkai and back. Advance booking is required.
  2. One-way transfer price
    (Vilnius / Kaunas – SPA VILNIUS or SPA VILNIUS – Vilnius / Kaunas):
    1. 1–2 persons – 175 € / 145 € when staying for 9 nights or more;
    2. 3–5 persons – 255 € / 220 € when staying for 9 nights or more.
  3. A 25 € surcharge applies to transfers between 22:00 and 6:00.
  4. A 15 € fee applies for non-standard luggage, such as a baby stroller, sledges or skis.
  5. Other routes are charged at 1.25 €/km.
  6. Short-distance journeys of up to 10 km are charged at 25 €/hour.
