1. UAB “Raminora” is the controller of your personal data. With your written consent, the personal data you provide may be used for direct marketing purposes. You have the right to familiarise yourself with the company’s personal data processing policy and rules.
2. Check-in for individual guests is from 15:00, and check-out is by 12:00.
3. Upon check-in, please present a valid identity document.
4. Parents or accompanying adults are responsible for the health, safety and appropriate behaviour of children under the age of 16 and persons with disabilities staying at the hotel, as well as for ensuring their compliance with these rules throughout the SPA VILNIUS premises.
5. Children under the age of 16 and persons with disabilities may enter the swimming pool only when accompanied by a supervising adult who is responsible for their safety. Children under the age of 14 are not permitted to use the gym. Children aged 14 to 16 may use the gym without parental supervision; however, their parents assume full responsibility for their behaviour and safety.
6. Children may use the children’s room even when no childcare attendant is present. We recommend that children are not left alone or unsupervised. If parents or accompanying adults decide to leave a child unattended, they assume responsibility for the safety of that child and other children, as well as for any damage to the equipment or property in the children’s room.
7. Upon departure, please return your room key card to the hotel receptionist. A 5 € replacement fee applies if the key card is lost.
8. If you have used the minibar, please provide a list of the drinks and snacks consumed when checking out.
9. SPA VILNIUS is a non-smoking property, including hotel rooms and balconies. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a 100 € fee for additional specialist room cleaning using products designed to neutralise tobacco odours. A designated smoking room is available on the second floor of the conference centre.
10. For your own safety, only registered hotel guests are permitted to stay overnight in hotel rooms.
11. Please note that charges apply to all persons actually staying in the room.
12. If a guest has not vacated the room by 14:00 and cannot be contacted, or if a guest has not paid for the services provided and fails to vacate the room at the request of the hotel administration, the administration reserves the right to move the guest’s belongings to the hotel’s storage facilities.
13. We love pets; however, our hotel is not equipped to accommodate and care for them, so unfortunately we are unable to welcome guests with pets.
14. For your peace of mind and the safety of your belongings, we recommend leaving valuables in the hotel safe. The hotel is not liable for valuables that have not been handed over for safekeeping.
15. Thank you for taking care of hotel property. Guests are financially responsible for any damage they cause. The amount of compensation is determined by the hotel administration.
16. Rooms are cleaned daily between 9:00 and 16:00 while the guest is not in the room.
17. Bed linen and bathrobes are changed every third day. Towels are changed daily if left on the bathroom floor.
18. If you notice any malfunction or fault in the equipment or facilities, please inform the hotel reception. We will arrange for the issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
19. Please use electrical appliances only for their intended purpose. If you require instructions for using an appliance or notice a fault, please contact the hotel reception.
20. Quiet hours at the hotel are from 23:00 to 6:00. Please respect the rest of other guests. If anything is disturbing your rest, please contact the hotel reception by dialling 900.
21. Video surveillance cameras are installed in the hotel’s common areas to ensure the safety of guests and property.
22. Head coverings or other items of clothing that completely cover the face are not permitted in the hotel. The face must remain uncovered and visible.

25. The SPA is a place for relaxation and tranquillity. Please avoid phone calls and loud conversations so that both you and other guests can enjoy a peaceful atmosphere.
26. Sportswear and sports shoes must be worn in the gym.
27. Please wear Western-style swimwear and rubber slippers in the swimming pool and sauna area.
28. Please do not take SPA centre bathrobes or towels outside the SPA VILNIUS building. All bathrobes and towels are marked.
29. Children under the age of 14 may use the swimming pool and sauna area from 10:00 to 21:00.
30. SPA treatment reservations may be cancelled no later than 4 hours before the scheduled treatment time. In the event of a no-show without prior notice, no refund will be provided. No refunds are provided for unused services included in packages.
