The Day Package “Health Harmony” at SPA VILNIUS Druskininkai invites you to step away from everyday life and dedicate time to your health and wellbeing. Our specialists have carefully combined some of the most appreciated wellness treatments into a thoughtfully balanced day designed to restore energy, strengthen the body and promote lasting wellbeing.

The package combines a massage with additional therapies individually selected by a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician according to your health condition and personal needs. Your experience is complemented by time in the mineral water pool and sauna complex, as well as the opportunity to enjoy natural mineral water from the nearby spring.

The Package Includes

  1. Consultation with a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician, including an assessment of your health condition and preparation of an individual treatment plan.
  2. 30-minute massage (SPA VILNIUS Classic Massage, Honey Back Massage, Chinese Foot Massage or Tension-Relieving Hand Massage).
  3. One inhalation treatment (Mineral, Propolis, Calendula or Pine Oil) or one physiotherapy treatment (Phonophoresis, Magnetotherapy, Low- and Medium-Frequency Electrical Current Therapy, Bioptron Light Therapy, Ultrasound Therapy or StimaWell Electrostimulation & Heat Therapy).
  4. One therapeutic bath (Brine Bath “Sūrutis”, Mineral Bath “Druskininkai”, Herbal Bath “Resistance”, Pine Needle Bath, Goat Milk & Forest Berries Bath or Carbon Dioxide Bath).
  5. One additional treatment: Paraffin Hand Treatment, Paraffin Foot Treatment, Amber Therapy, Halotherapy, Oxygen Therapy or Dry Hydromassage.
  6. A course of mineral water therapy according to your physician’s recommendation.
  7. COMPLIMENTARY: 180-minute access to the Mineral Water Pool, Sauna Complex & Gym.
