Health-enhancing exercise and quality relaxation come together in the SPA VILNIUS Druskininkai Gym & Mineral Water Pool and Sauna Complex. This is a space where you can build strength, improve endurance and enjoy deep relaxation.
The gym is equipped with modern cardio and strength-training equipment suitable for both regular exercise and personalised wellness or rehabilitation programmes. The cardio area helps support healthy circulation, cardiovascular fitness, endurance and calorie burning, while the strength-training equipment allows you to target both the upper and lower body muscle groups.

The gym features modern cardio and strength-training equipment suitable for both active workouts and wellness or rehabilitation goals. The cardio area helps improve circulation, support cardiovascular health, increase endurance, and burn calories effectively, while the strength-training equipment allows you to target and strengthen both upper- and lower-body muscles.
The Mineral Water Pool and Sauna Complex includes:
- An 18-metre mineral water swimming pool.
- Two whirlpool baths (for 6 and 10 people).
- A children’s pool.
- A cold plunge pool.
- A Turkish bath, a Finnish sauna and a bio sauna.
- A refreshment bar.
The mineral water pool is maintained at 26–28°C, while the whirlpool baths are heated to 33–36°C.
The main swimming pool uses advanced AFM® filtration technology, manufactured from activated green glass. This innovative filtration system removes more organic impurities while requiring less chlorine, resulting in a more pleasant swimming experience with a reduced chlorine smell. It also helps conserve water and energy, supporting SPA VILNIUS’ commitment to environmental sustainability.
Important Information
- We recommend wearing appropriate swimwear and non-slip slippers in the pool and sauna complex.
- Sportswear and athletic footwear are required in the gym.
- Admission is free for children under 5 years of age.
- Children under 14 years of age may use the pool and sauna complex between 10:00 and 21:00, when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
