Relaxness Club terms

Membership and personal data

  1. In order to administer the Relaxness Club, the personal data you provide during your stay will be processed in accordance with the company’s approved personal data processing rules. Personal data is processed by UAB “Anšilas” on a contractual basis.
  2. To become a member of the SPA VILNIUS Relaxness Club, your consent to the processing of personal data and to receiving newsletters is required:
    1. consent to the processing of personal data allows us to administer the loyalty programme and ensure that you can enjoy the benefits of the Relaxness Club;
    2. consent to receive newsletters allows you to be among the first to hear about exclusive offers, gifts and special benefits available to Club members.

Earning points

  1. Points are credited to the Loyalty Programme member who is the payer and is staying at a SPA VILNIUS hotel. We therefore recommend always booking services under the same person’s name. For example, when booking services for a family, the payer should be the same person who is a member of the Loyalty Programme.
  2. Points are credited after check-out and can be used during your next stay.
  3. Points are awarded for euros spent on SPA VILNIUS accommodation, dining and SPA services, according to the member’s level.
  4. Purchases of products and services provided by SPA VILNIUS partners are not included in the amount used to calculate loyalty points.
  5. Points are awarded only for services booked directly with SPA VILNIUS. Points are not awarded for bookings made through travel agencies, Booking.com, when paying with partner gift vouchers or through other third-party channels.
  6. Loyalty points are not awarded when purchasing SPA VILNIUS gift vouchers.

Relaxness Club levels

  • Your Club level is determined by the amount spent at SPA VILNIUS during the previous year:
    • Relaxness Explorer – spend up to 1000 € and receive 1 point for every euro spent;
    • Relaxness Enthusiast – spend 1000 €–2499 € and receive 2 points for every additional euro spent;
    • Relaxness Expert – spend 2500 €–4999 € and receive 3 points for every additional euro spent;
    • Relaxness Master – spend 5,000 € or more and receive 4 points for every additional euro spent.
  • The assigned level is valid for one year from the date it is granted.
  • During the year, your level may be upgraded once the requirements for the next level are met.

Redeeming points

  1. Accumulated points can be redeemed for services listed in the Loyalty Programme service catalogue.
  2. Services are booked in the usual way, preferably in advance, and points are deducted at the hotel reception when settling the final bill.
  3. Points may only be redeemed by the person in whose name they were accumulated.
  4. Loyalty points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  5. Points cannot be used to pay for services booked through third parties.

Point validity and balance

  1. Points are valid for one year from the date they are awarded, so we recommend using them during your next stay.

Final provisions

  1. The company reserves the right to change the range of services listed in the Relaxness Club catalogue and the number of points required for them.
  2. The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Loyalty Programme, its benefits and the way in which they are applied.
