Regular massage during pregnancy can help your body adapt more comfortably to the many changes it experiences, relieve everyday fatigue and make this special journey feel lighter and more enjoyable. As your body continuously adjusts to a changing centre of gravity and increasing physical demands, SPA VILNIUS Mother-to-Be Massage has been created to provide comfort, relaxation and personalised care throughout this special stage of life.
Available from the 13th week of pregnancy, the treatment is individually tailored to your needs and comfort. Our experienced therapists carefully listen to your preferences and respond to your body’s signals, ensuring that every massage technique is gentle, safe and soothing. Particular attention is given to the back, shoulders and arms—areas that often experience increased strain during pregnancy. The massage is performed comfortably while lying on your side, with your position adjusted whenever needed to ensure maximum comfort throughout the treatment.
